Step 1. Check out the big picture of what can be. Observe the models for the future.

Step 2. What’s happening? Assess your current reality. Get the negatives out. What does not serve you?

Step 3. What do you want instead or in addition? Dream! Create the vision! Focus on it!

Step 4. Check the ecology. What are your resources? Is your workplace or life safe for thinking?

Step 5. Go for it! Clarify the outcomes, make them specific. Visualize using all of the senses.

Step 6. Align with others. Create the environment of interdependence. Gain support. Build team structures.

Step 7. Evaluate, review, celebrate. Did you reach your goal? Were you successful? How successful?

Step 8. Recycle. Multiply your successes.
